Ready to sign your boys up for Wainfleet CSB this year?

Just fill out the form below and come on out starting October 4th, 2022 at 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Then, every Wednesday after that.

The first night will be outdoors with a campfire, games, story, and…. free pizza! Depending on the weather of course.

Also, could you please fill out the following consent document for each child? You can print it, fill it out and bring it to the next meet, or you can fill it out on your computer and upload it to the sign up below.
